Mr. Payne has over forty years experience in the commercial interior build out business. His clients know he stands behind his people and the products and services they provide. Mr. Payne is a graduate of TCU. Under the leadership of Mr. Payne, OSI has prospered under many different economical climates. His dedication to maintaining low overhead while providing quality service to customers has been the key to success.

Mr. Williams is involved in every aspect of the company’s project operations. He personally manages some our largest projects. He is directly involved in the budgeting of every project OSI performs as well as providing leadership to all project managers and superintendents. Any customer issue, no matter the nature, can be resolved through Mr. Williams. He is an expert on the Gravity Lock Wall Systems. His straight-forward, common sense style has made him quite successful and well received by his customers, co-workers and peers.

Ms. Sharp directs the financial, human resources and accounting departments for OSI. She is the lead contact for billing or financial inquires. Ms. Sharp has worked here at OSI since 1995 and has been instrumental in updating and improving our project cost controls, including implementing the latest Timberline project tracking software, initializing a jobsite time clock system and managing her team who regularly update all costs to job files and issue weekly labor summary spending reports to all OSI project managers. This is just a glimpse into the many roles she is responsible for here at OSI and but one small example of her value to the overall operation.

Mr. Payne is a graduate of Baylor University. Hugh has been working here at OSI since 1997. He currently performs estimating and project management for the company and is our lead contact for our Hewlett-Packard account. Mr. Payne also has worked with other clients and has managed many projects with Baker Oil Tools. He is one of our many experts on the GL-350 wall system from Gravity Lock Wall Systems.
