Project Managers

Scott, as all OSI Project Managers do, works projects from beginning to end. From estimating and proposals to procurement, management and close out, he does it all. Mr. Payne has developed many new clients for OSI and has a true knack for sales. He works in close association with Chuck Williams and relates to you all the positives associated with employing OSI. A graduate of Texas Tech University, Scott has been with OSI since 2000. Some of Scott’s clients include: Baker Hughes, Northwinds, Matl Construction, Benchmark, Rosenberger, ARCO and the list goes on…

Strong willed and determined Ms. Dunkle espouses the epitome of the OSI mantra; service and quality. Angela has worked here at OSI since 2007. She has developed a loyal client base who appreciate her can do attitude and determination to provide customer satisfaction to the projects she manages. Some of her recent accomplishments include: Bayshore Elementary, St. Lukes Medical Center and various projects for Amegy Bank.

Our newest and welcome addition to the OSI Project Management Team, Mr. Morford has a degree in Construction Management from BYU and graduate work at UNLV. Although new here he has been in the construction business full time since 1999. Quentin has fit right in since his arrival and has worked on various projects for Pharmedium, managed several interior build-out projects and assisted in managing several large projects. He is also working to develop new projects for OSI such as Shell Technology Center and the new Bellaire Fire Station.
